Got the wrong fitbit

I wanted the Luxe with the gold bracelet.  I purchased it because my other fitbit band fell apart and I was keeping it together with tape.  Then all of a sudden it wouldn't charge correctly.

 

Anyhow,  I got the watch in the mail and today I opened it up and here it is  a pink watch.   but in the box that has the Gold bracelet on it.  So I want to find out why and there is no place to contact them and why wouldn't they keep a place where you ordered things on your account.

 

I'm very disappointed in this
