Guided breathing sessions not showing-Luxe

I’ve just purchased a Luxe and No guided breathing sessions are showing in the app. I’ve come from a Charge 4 which also never recorded my breathing sessions even once in 15 months.

Has anyone got a fix? I’ve tried restarting phone and Fitbit, logging out and back in, resetting Bluetooth connection and various permutations of those.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

Please confirm that you have followed the instructions in this article in the menu "How do I start a guided breathing session?". Then, in the Fitbit app, tap the Mindfulness tile EdsonFitbit_2-1649201382409.png to see a history of your guided breathing sessions and other mindfulness-related activities you completed.

 

If you continue having difficulties, please tell me what do you see when you tap "Your Journey"? You can attach a screen shot for further investigation.

I have reverted to my Charge 4 SE because the Luxe had other issues but the same has always been the case with my Charge 4 so I am still trying to find a solution.

I have followed all the steps in the article you linked but still breathing sessions won’t show in the app. Despite doing all this dozens of times it has never shown.

I have also tried a Versa 3 with the same issue. I borrowed a Charge 5 and that was the only model that recorded the data but illustrates that  it’s not my error of use. 

I have included a screenshot after a session. This is always the case.

I’ll connect with you sometime shortly, thank you but as a matter of interest, there are a number of other threads reporting exactly this issue with guided breathing on the Fitbit community pages. They too seem not to have a resolution but it’s certainly a previously raised issue. I find it surprising you haven’t come across the problem before.
