My brand new Fitbit Luxe will not track my heart rate when I wear it over tattooed skin. Super annoying as my 2 year old inspire hr worked fine.

Hi @JDoll  some people with dark skin or tattooed skin do have problems. Here is a post where a member was able to get their Inspire 3 to work. click to read the post.
