I don't know if anyone else experiences this but my HRV goes from 30 to 110 within one week time. I had a look at the past 90 days and it seems that I always experience extreme fluctuations in HRV. Wondering whether this is "normal" or what it could mean?

@jfbr Welcome! This could mean anything. Alcohol, poor sleep, being sick, allergies, if you're a woman with a mensuration cycle, etc.
I look at my resting heart rate in addition to my HRV. Is my RHR higher than usual? And my HRV took a dip? That could mean I'm getting a little sick or not feeling well. Was I drinking the night before and had poor sleep? So it's good to look at everything as a whole and also keep in mind how you are feeling. I had a dip in HRV this week along with an elevated RHR and I also had a scratchy throat. The next day HRV went back to normal and I felt a little better. So I take everything into consideration when looking at the metrics.
