Heart rate disappears during workout-Luxe

This only happens when i'm lifting weights in the gym. The heart rate doesnt get detected for a few seconds and then comes back, on repeat. It keeps going on and off. Thats during the whole workout, even though i wear it tightly when i workout.

Is this an issue being faced by others as well?

No actually it happens when i select a workout (weights for example) then it starts coming and going. If i dont choose a workout it works fine. It also works fine when running.
