I bought this Fitbit because I want to track my heart rate through the day and how it changes with activity and emotions. When I got it, three days ago, it did not want to pick up my heart rate when wearing in my right arm. I was a bid disappointed because I have a tattoo on my left arm which I don’t want to cover with a watch, but… so be it. So, the Fitbit in on my left wrist, for two days and two nights now and I wake up to the realization that the heart rate stopped track in the middle of night and didn’t pick it up again. Also it looses connection a lot over the day…
I don’t like this one bit. Is this normal with this model? Or did I get a broken one? Please help!

Thank for these tips, but I have already tried al of this an it just randomly stops tracking and doesn’t seem to start tracking naturally or “after 10 second of relaxation”.
Specially at night I have gaps of hours that it didn’t track resulting in not tracking my sleep either.
i feel like mine is just broken and I have to send it back, because I can’t seem to find any other solution or a cause of me doing something wrong.
