Currently my Luxe only records my continual heart rate while I am exercising -- I have Fitbit Prime. I have not used my Luxe for about a month -- it was working then, but not now. Has something changed in that time or am I not doing something properly?

I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to track your heart-rate with your Fitbit Luxe.
Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.60.1 for iOS and 3.59.1 for Android devices). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
There are some factors that can affect your heart-rate reading on your Fitbit device. Please follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues.
