Since yesterday my cal are low, my heartrate is high and my active minutes are sky-high. It happened during the day and changed my history too. I had an average score of 2300 cal a day in 2023, but now 2023 it dropped somewhere at 1650 for last year.
When sitting in rest my heartrate is normal on the fitbit device, but the app registers high heartrate, and again has changed the history up from December 18th 2023
The active minutes are 734 for today, yesterday 360 (since it changed somewhat around lunchtime) but are not changed in the past.
A reset of the fitbit did not work.
What else can I do?
