How Can You Find a lost Fitbit Luxe on a Gorjana Band??

I'm not really sure what my next step should be. This is my replacement Fitbit luxe with the Gorjana band that also has the same problem as my first Gorjana band. My first fitbit luxe fortunately I found and customer service replaced it for me. I've had the replacement about three weeks and it too has the same problem -- the band doest fit flush into the Luxe and eventually works itself separate from the Luxe. This time, I haven't been able to find my fitbit, it's somewhere in my house because I haven't left out to go anywhere today. My fear is that it fell off while I was washing clothes, since I can't find it, I'm thinking its probably in the washer and dryer and if so, its probably damaged. Meanwhile - is there a way to locate it, like with a GPS finder? And if it did fall off into the washer/dryer, what's next?

Fortunately my Inspire HR still works and that I still have it - my upgrade has been disappointing to say the least. Thanks for any help

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

You're living my nightmare. My initial conversation with Fitbit about my Georgiana band I explained that it had fallen off my arm several times however I was able to catch it. I'm waiting for my replacement gold band and I'm concerned that they're just going to give me another one they have in stock that will have the same problem. I think I'm going to look into the advice of putting an app on my phone to find my Lux Fitbit if it falls off while I'm walking or shopping or whatever. I'm still waiting to hear that they've received my defective band.

Right now I'm using the pink plastic band that came with the device as well and it has no problem staying on. However that gold band was a bit pricey and it sure would be nice if I could use what I bought $$$ I will be watching these posts to see what other people have experienced and hope for the best. They need to make this right.

Thank you -- I did add this app and while the Luxe will sync to it in a certain spot in my basement, I cannot find it still! I've given up for now and gone back to using my Inspire HR, good thing I didn't get rid of it. But thanks so much anyway!

Yes, my replacement was literally ok for two days. I was going to switch to my pink band and I've actually ordered a similar looking band off Amazon because I was NOT going to test out another replacement band however, I've now lost my Fitbit along with its gorgeous band before I switched it out AND before my replacement band came. Huge waste of money. I'll never buy another fitbit brand ever again! I didn't have any issues with the Luxe that I felt the need to complain about however but, it did have bluetooth connection issues so...ohh well. Lesson learned I guess, I don't know.

Thanks so much for the encouragement because I was about to give it up! I will do that
