Hi @Luxelu it would still need to have battery strength in order for you to find it using a bluetooth locator. Can you remember where you last had it when you took it off your wrist? If you have a pet or child in the house, they often take them to play with. It really will mean looking around for it, as with a dead battery, there is no other way to find it. Hope you discover it somewhere soon.

I have yet to locate my luxe that fell off about 3 weeks ago at work. I'm using a Bluetooth locator app and I'm not seeing my device name among the million other bt devices its picking up as well. The battery is surprisingly still full. Does anyone have any other suggestions on how I could locate my Luxe ?

@vrcadag the Luxe can't keep a charge for a month, I don't think. If you were within range of it, about 25 feet, it would sync. Try syncing as you go along and if your app shows the device was able to sync, you're getting close. Is it possible you lost it at home or in your car?
