How can I locate my lost Luxe?

If Fitbit can track the moles walked to the exact location time and date, then why cat Goggle or Fitbit track track it when it's lost or lost stolen.

Hi @Fit4Me74820  if you still have some battery power in the Fitbit, you might be able to find it. Read this article: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1188.htm

Thank you Odeyssey13 for your response. Contacting help desk at Fitbit was my last resort but since I have voyeurs/hackers this won't work. But I know the battery is gone because I haven't used it since January 2023. It still shows this on my profile. But when I chat with support it's different. They've promised four emails and haven't recieved a one. They don't even any information about my purchase/product on my profile.  How can they verify the country as part if proof this is really you. Lol!  Anyway way, I think if they can track you while walking then they should have been able to track the last poc, point of contact. 🙂
