Hi,
A few weeks ago I started practicing gymnastics again after years off. I’m very happy with my fitbit tracker but unfortunately can’t wear it in practice. Is there any other way to still track my HR?
If anyone has suggestions please let me know!

I maybe have found a solution but can someone confirm if this is okay? I use the watch not on my wrist but around my arm under a long sleeve top. Can the HR be accurate or is it to far off this way?

It may or it may not be. Without verifying (for example, against the chest strap) you won't know. Those devices are designed to be worn on the wrist and wearing the watch anywhere else may affect the reading but as I said, you won't know whether what you get is correct without verifying it. Anyone's guess here is same valid.
