I attempted to add a 2nd Luxe to my account. Before it showed my other devices (I had a One and an Alta HR). Now it only shows the latest one I have added. Does that cancel out my other device? The cases are different colors (why I purchased a 2nd one). Please advise. Thanks

Hi @Mjcook16 you can't have more than one Luxe on your account, but you can swap them out. When you want to wear a different one, you'd need to delete it from the account and set up the other one. The one account will keep the history going, no matter which device you use. The reason is the Fitbit app Gallery - click to read about it.

You cannot have 2 of the same device on same account, or basically 2 of any recent devices.
You were able to have a Luxe with an Alta HR, only because it was an older device.
From Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?
This is a much-complained about limitation. Fitbit is well aware of the complaints.
I suggest you return your new Luxe if still able to do so.

Thanks, I hope they fix it. I know you could have different devices before. Since the Luxe is designed as an accessory as well as a functional device, it would be to their benefit. Some people would in fact return it instead of switching it out on their account. I like having different options for colors, and I scratched the face on my first one. People would spend more money on their products!!! I want to use the older one when I am working outside. Thanks Odyssey13 and Johnny Row for your replies

I don't think the possibility of adding more than one tracker will be ever be restored.
Fitbit always mentioned that the presence of Fitbit Gallery, as stated by @Odyssey13, is the presence of the App Gallery, however also the new Pixel Watch has the same issue (it can't be paired along with another Fitbit OS device) although it doesn't use the Gallery but a completely different ecosystem (Wear OS)
