Is it possible to change the existing clock face to a 24hr version? Or has anyone found a 24hr version?

I don't have the Luxe, but assuming this is the same as for other models, it's not a function of the clock face, but a setting you make that will apply to any clock face.

Note it must be done from the fitbit.com dashboard, not from phone app.  And you might have to scroll the fitbit.com dashboard to the right to see the gear icon if you don't have a widescreen monitor.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
