How do I change the clock format 12h on 24h? (Luxe)

Hi there, @keti.interia.eu. Welcome to the Community Forums.
In addition to what @Jrdubyakc has shared with you, please note that if your Luxe keeps showing in a wrong clock format, try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 24 hr format. I have set a few clock faces that only show 12 hr format even when I have set my clock to 24 hrs. So, I recommend choosing a different clock face. You do that from your online account (not the app). From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon and go to settings > personal info > Advanced settings > clock display time. Select 24 hour and then sync your device.
