How do I change the clock format on my Luxe?

It's 2.56pm.  My clockface says 0256 but I would have expected to see 1456.  How do I change it or is that how it is supposed to be?!

Hi there, @Newbie3. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with the clock format on your Luxe. 

In addition to what @Odyssey13 has shared with you, please note that if your Luxe keeps showing in a wrong clock format, try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 24 hr format. I have set a few clock faces that only show 12 hr format even when I have set my clock to 24 hrs. So, I recommend choosing a different clock face.
