How do I change the clock format on my Luxe?

Hi i have just set up my Luxe, ( all sync'd and charged. ) The date format is in the US style showing MM/DD, is is possible to change this to the UK style DD/MM? Thanks

Hi there, @lellyC. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. 

As a first approach, I'd suggest checking that your country is set correctly. 

If your Luxe does keep showing the US format after checking the above, try switching to a clock face that actually shows the format you're looking for. For example, in my case, I have set a few clock faces that only show 12 hr format even when I have set my clock to 24 hrs. So, I recommend choosing a different clock face. For more information, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
