My Fitbit luxe will not allow the "manual" display setting to be changed to auto. It is not lit up and I cannot select it to change the options.

Hi there, @Andromeda20ca. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Fitbit Luxe.

It seems that you've set your Fitbit Luxe into Sleep Mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

To turn off Sleep Mode, please swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. You can now try switching the Screen Wake from "Manual" to "Auto" For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
