How do I enable Screen Wake on my Luxe?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge2 displayed time when I moved my wrist, but the only way I can get the Luxe to display anything is when  I have to tap on the face. Will it not automatically display with the wrist movement?  Is there a setting ti fix this?

You probably have Screen Wake in manual mode; if not that, you are in Sleep Mode.  Access both in Quick Settings by swiping down from main clock face.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi there, @BlondBec. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue the inconvenience with your Luxe.

As @JohnnyRow has mentioned, have you made sure that the screen wake feature is enable? If you haven't done so yet, please go to your quick settings and check if the screen wake has been accidentally been turned off. To do so, swipe down from the clock screen to access the quick settings. Here you can change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If you cannot change the screen wake setting, it might be because your Luxe is in Sleep Mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

To turn off Sleep Mode, please swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. You can now try switching the Screen Wake from "Manual" to "Auto".

Hope that helps.

That doesnt work.  When i tap the wake up screen to change from manual to auto it does nothing.  I see the setting to wake up the screen but it just wont come off of manual.
