I just purchased a new Luxe after being away from Fitbit for some years. The ONLY reason I came back to Fitbit was for the challenges and adventures. Since they have gotten rid of them, can I get my money back? I’m so disappointed

Hi @Phoenix_17 it depends on where you purchased the Luxe as to the return window. Fitbit has a 45 day return policy, IF it's purchased directly from them. Costco has the best return policy. Other retailers vary, with some being only 14 days.
