Hello, I bought the luxe and what closed the deal was the support for the Fitbit weather app. If you see the app list within Fitbit app pages you will see the luxe is a supported device. When I open the app to try to install it it says I need to be on the latest version of the app and device which I am. How can I install the weather app please?

@JeSuisBon Thanks for the clarification. I'll forward this information to our team so we can correct this misunderstanding as it's creating confusion whether Fitbit Luxe has the Weather app.
@Eltahur @Leslieinlakelan For the time being, please note that Weather app is not compatible with Fitbit Luxe. Feel free to make your voice heard is the Feature Suggestion board on our community.

Hello & Welcome @Eltahur!
Sorry to say, but as far as I know, the Fitbit Luxe has no support for the Weather app.
This suggestion may be erroneous as its support for the app may have been added in a past firmware update.
I would check again to make sure that it does have support for the app. If it does, I'm afraid I have no other suggestions to help resolve this issue other than the standard rebooting or, if needed, resetting.
Thank you & hope you found this helpful!

Hi Maria. Check out the Fitbit weather app page Fitbit Weather App and see/click on the supported devices button. You will see the Luxe is part of the supported device.

Thanks for the link!
I saw it and it does say that the Weather app is compatible with the Fitbit Luxe, but I would say that this information is misleading.
Please consult this video at the 18:15 time-stamp to see what I mean:

The Luxe's presence on list of compatible devices may mean that it will have Weather app support in the future via firmware update.
As @MarreFitbit has said, you may submit your suggestion at the Feature Suggestion to add the compatibility of the Luxe.
Thanks!
