How do I make my Luxe recognize elliptical?

I have an elliptical with no arm things.  My luxe thinks I am swimming when I use it.  I guess you don’t use arms swimming?  How do I fix this?  Maybe put luxe in shorts pocket?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. 

 

Since your Tracker has been designed to track elliptical on machines with arms, it might have difficulties to do so on an elliptical with no arms. In this case, you can manually start the activity from your Luxe. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I start and stop a workout on my Fitbit device?".
