How do I receive call notifications on my Luxe?

I am new here and just got my Fitbit luxe. Is there a way I can get notifications when a call is incoming and not every time I make a call? Thanks

Hi - this didn’t help. From what I see, I can turn notifications and or off but my question was can I get incoming call notifications not outgoing.

I have done all of these things and still my Fitbit does not buzz when I get a text or call. It used to, but hasn’t for quite a while.

@mandyfin Thanks for getting back. Please note you should receive notifications for incoming calls, not outgoing calls. So, with that being said, I suggest setting up the call notifications once again and test your Luxe.

I only see an option to turn on

and off the call notifications. Every time I make a call, it says active call and buzzes on my wrist. It seems to be a common issue.
