How do I see heart zones from a GPS exercise tracked by Luxe?

It's nice to see the map of a GPS tracked activity - but where is the heartrate zones? Am I missing something or is this an either/or selection?

Hello @mata. Nice to see you around.

Thank you very much for the detailed information. Regarding your question, after you end a workout, you need to open the Fitbit app and tap the "Exercise tile" to see a workout intensity map that shows your route, distance, heart-rate zones, and pace. Tap the map to see detailed stats about your workout.

Note: If the GPS signal is lost during the exercise, a map might not appear in the Fitbit app. For more information, I recommend visiting this help article: How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?

On a side note, I've moved your post to the Fitbit Luxe board to keep our forums organized.

Hope this helps.

This is just true for the phone app? I was trying to get the info on the website dashboard. I see the "heart zones' on the phone app - thanks. But weirdly I get this message - "Not enough heart rate data available". Which is strange since I turned on the gps tracking on my return trip - the first half of my route (incorrectly tracked as swimming, but okay) shows my heartrate zones just fine. Would you know if there's some kind of issue tracking heartrate AND gps at the same time?

On a side note - this is not a question specific to the Fitbit Luxe but about the Fitbit App.

Hello. I am also having this issue, but when I click on the exercise title, it shows "not enough heart rate data" when I do my elliptical or any other exercise that doesn't require GPS tracking my heart rate data is available. I also see my heart rate on my Fitbit during my hike, but afterward no data were recorded. Is there something specific I need to to do make sure heart rate data is recorded? Do I need to start my workout on my Fitbit rather than my phone? If I do this, will it track my GPS as well?
