Hello all,
I am trying step up my Fitbit sleep. I need to set my sleep schedule. I have been diagnosed with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder. I need to set up a alam to wake me at a specific time in the sleep cycle and go back to sleep & recording again. Example: bedtime 9:30 pm, wake: 12:30AM (interruption), 12:35 AM back sleep, wake: 4:00 AM
Thank you

Hi there, @worbs2. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand how important is to you to have a sleep schedule.
Regarding the sleep schedule feature, note you can set either a bedtime or a wake-up time target, or set both targets. If you meet your target by going to sleep or waking up within 30 minutes of the target, a star appears in the sleep schedule graph. You won’t see a star If you set both bedtime and wake-up time targets but only meet one. To do so, see How do I set a bedtime reminder in the Fitbit app?
As for the alarms, you could try using Smart Wake. When enabled, Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. It avoids waking you during deep sleep so you're more likely to wake up feeling refreshed. If Smart Wake can’t find the best time to wake you, your alarm alerts you at the set time. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?
Nevertheless, please bear in mind that your time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min. To learn more about your time asleep in sleep stages, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

@worbs2 I don't think a Smart Wake alarm will help you. It is designed to optimize a set wake up time. There is no Fitbit alarm that you can set to wake you when it detects REM sleep.
