How do I stop receiving notifications on my Luxe?

Had my Luxe for 2.5 years. All of a Sudden today I started receiving texts and phone calls on my Fitbit. I can’t figure out how to turn this off and I tried the support through Instagram and nothing is working. Why did this start all the sudden and how can I stop them?

Hi there, @BEEEL. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand your concern as this started happening all of a sudden. I'm sorry to hear that you had issues trying to connect with our Support Team. 

It sounds like the notifications were turn on accidentally, have you tried turning them off? In order to turn them off, with your Fitbit device nearby, tap the Today tab, and then tap the devices icon > your device > Tap Notifications and you'll see the option to disable the notifications. You can find more information about notifications in this article as well. 

If you'd like to temporarily disable all notifications, you can also turn on the Do Not Disturb Mode on the settings app of your Fitbit device.

I don’t have a “devices” icon. I did not change notification settings.
