The issue is counting laps. We buy a device to do that because it’s boring to have to keep track  but you removed that information. Why?

time swum + number of laps. Useful information.

Hi there, @Rach74bes. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with your Luxe as it's not tracking your swim lengths. I'll be glad to help you with this!

To update the pool length, please try the steps below:

  1. Swipe right or left to the Exercise app, then swipe up and tap Swim.
  2. Swipe up and tap Pool Length.

To change the unit of measurement you use for pool length, see How do I change the units of measurement in my Fitbit account?

For more information on how to track your swims, please click here

Hope that helps.

Yes!  After update mine no longer tells me how many laps I swam!  But that’s the whole point!  I spoke with customer service and they confirmed that the feature was removed. I want to know how long I swam and how many laps I did. Nothing more.
