How to I add a new phone/device to my Lux account, I deleted the old device, but cannot add a new one, thanks in advance

Hi there, @harborhideaway. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. 

To better assist you, would you mind confirming if you've upgraded your mobile phone or you are replacing your Luxe with a new Fitbit device?

If you're replacing your Luxe with a new Fitbit device, please see How do I set up a replacement device or add another device to my account?

If you upgraded your phone, I'd suggest making sure that your Luxe is no longer connected to your old mobile device as this might be preventing your Fitbit device to sync or receive notifications from your new phone.
