Hi there, @Margie2911. Welcome to the Community Forums.
For instructions on how to adjust your Fitbit Luxe wristband, please visit the Fitbit Store and scroll down until you see "How to Adjust Stainless Steel Mesh Band". Images are attached for a better explanation.
Hope that helps.

Thanks Marre
i had those instructions, but am confused as to what is meant by the “clasp”. On my bracelet, the piece with the Fitbit logo and the magnet is in the correct place. What needs adjusted is the piece the magnet sticks to. The pictures seems to suggest that the magnet side is what you need to pull up and move. Am I reading that wrong?

Does your response mean that I’m correct that the non magnet side is what can be adjusted?

No offense, these instructions on the FitBit site are terrible.

This needs to be a video.
What should I "hold down"? What is the "bottom" of the clasp?
What are you "pulling" on? Which direction is "up"?
The pictures show that the part of the clasp with the logo slides "up", but it doesn't appear to be able to do that.
I was able to adujst it by attaching the bottom and top clasp as if it was on my wrist and then holding the top and bottom as pictured and then sliding the bottom band shorter and longer. I wasn't able to adust the band without attaching the bottom and top clasp.
Like I mentioned, this should be a video.
Thank you,
Pat Roy
