The premium subscription I have through my luxe has been auto-renewing. Because the luxe was a gift the subscription is not listed on my app store and isn’t renewing via my card but the gifters card. I have been trying to cancel it via the desktop site but am unable to find a place to manage payment and subscriptions on the desktop settings. Where can I cancel this.

I believe the gifter must do the cancellation

It was linked to my fitbit account so there was no way for them to cancel it without black listing fitbit with their credit card. They don’t have a fitbit or a fitbit account so it was not linked to them in any other way.
If anyone else runs in to this issue: in the end the subscription was listed on my account somewhere in the fitbit account info (not the dashboard or settings). I could not access the subscription through the desktop, only through the link in the billing email they send each month, making sure when you log in it doesn’t redirect you to the regular my account page.
