I purchased a Luxe Fitbit and while attaching the quick release to the device, it broke. 2 questions - why wasn't the release already attached and where do I purchase a new one? I cannot purchase a new device.

Hi @SunsetRunner there are no parts or repairs for these devices. If it's under warranty, get with customer support to see what they suggest. Out of warranty and don't want to buy a new device - try putting it in your pocket. It won't capture your heart rate, but it will know your activity. There are bands on Amazon where you can place the pebble portion of the Luxe into it and still use all the features. That would be the cheapest way to go. Search for a "protective cover band for Luxe" on Amazon and see what you think. Generally they are under $20
