@AshT Thanks for those details. 

Please make sure that your Fitbit app is running the latest version. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store to update if you haven't alreadyThen, please sync your Fitbit device and afterwards, proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Now, you can try using the Notification menu. 

Hope this does the trick!

This option has completely disappeared for me in the app when I click on my tracker. I am no longer getting my bed time reminder that I was getting fine before.

Hi there, @AshT. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. 

As a first approach, please make sure you're following the steps below to set up your bedtime or wake-up times:

  1. Tap the Today tab, then tap the sleep tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
  3. Set or edit your targets. To remove a target, tap the three dots in the top right.
  4. Tap Done.

If the above has been properly done, please try logging out and logging back from the Fitbit app and try again.

Hello, I've already done all of the trouble shooting tips. The tracker notifications stopped working after the last update and the entire section is missing from the app for me to try and make changes or check the configurations. Loging out and back in did not do anything. Also I am receiving the push notifications on my phone just fine. My issue is that it is no longer being sent to the physical tracker on my wrist as of the last update and the option to check within the app is no longer there as well as text and incoming call notification settings.

Hello again,

As I stated before I've already done all the trouble shooting tips that have been posted. This is a UX issue with the app and software that needs to be fixed. I have done my due diligence of researching all the things to try and correct and searched through the help articles. Please don't insult my intelligence by posting another link to an instructions thread but share to your digital team and report the bug. I can send provide a screen shot of the UI of the app in my phone to show what is missing but there desont seem to be a way to attach I'm the comments.
