I've had an Inspire 2 for the last year or so and just got a new Luxe yesterday. Setting up my Luxe in my Fitbit app threw off my Inspire 2 from the list of available devices. To sync my Inspire 2 I have to set that up again -- and then my Luxe is disassociated from my account! So I have to set that up again which throws off my Inspire 2!
Surely there is a way to sync both devices to the same account without this song and dance??
What setting am I missing? How do you do this?
I am on Android and have the latest version of the Fitbit app.

@LGM17 No, you’re not missing anything. Both the Luxe and Inspire 2 have The App Gallery. There is a programming limitation. You can only have one of these devices on your account at one time. Sorry.

Thanks for the response. I am so disappointed in Fitbit for not fixing this issue. If I had known about this issue I probably would not have bought the Luxe, as I still plan to use the Inspire 2. I can still return the Luxe but I like it so much that I will just have to work around the issue.
