How to uninstall some of the apps

When I set up my Luxe, I automatically installed everything.  Now that I'm using it, there are so many apps that I don't want.  On the help forums, the directions are simple --- go to apps, click on specific app you want to delete (e.g. alarms), click "uninstall".   However, when I go to that screen, "installed" is the only button available and no "uninstall" button.  How do I remove everything I don't want?

Don't remember for sure, but don't think the Luxe has any apps that are optional that you can delete.  You say you automatically installed everything.  That implies there were some that you could have said not to install, but I question that.

I also question the "simple directions" you found on "the help forums".  I don't think there is any Fitbit model that allows to uninstall alarms.  I suppose someone might have said that on a forum but unfortunately, as on the internet as a whole, there is no guarantee everything seen here is totally accurate.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@KickIt you might have read the procedure to uninstall apps on the smartwaches sections (albeit alarm app can't be uninstalled). Unfortunately this doesn't apply to trackers such as Luxe and Charge family.

@KickIt - I found instructions here. This involves opening the Fitbit app on your phone and uninstalling apps from the gallery. I don’t have access to a Luxe right now. But as others have mentioned, most apps cannot be removed.

Only SpO2 app, introduced in the last firmware update, can be uninstalled.
