I can’t find it no matter what. It won’t sync anywhere I thought it could be, and the last time it was synced was August 10th at 1:00 in the afternoon. It was at full battery. But no matter where I go in my residence I can’t sync it or find it.

Hi there, @Subz3r4. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your lost Fitbit Luxe, I understand how you must be feeling. Thanks for letting me know the last time it was synced and for your efforts in trying to locate it.
In my efforts in trying to help you, please make sure you've also tried the steps below to find your Luxe:
Take your phone to the area where you think you lost your device and try to sync. If your device syncs, it's nearby.
Try using a Bluetooth locator app to help you find your device. For iPhone, try LightBlue Explorer. For Android, try Bluetooth Finder.
On a side note, please note that we don't replace lost or damaged devices and ask the customer to refer to our warranty policy: fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

@Subz3r4 I'm sorry, but finding your Luxe is going to come down to old fashioned detective work. The Luxe advertised up to 5 day battery life when new. There is no tech that can help you if your battery is dead.
