Hi, @bhavyadeep_s, welcome to the community, you do not mention the make or model of your mobile phone, Fitbit Supported Devices explains you need Android 9 or iOS15 or higher. These requirements change from time to time, if you have an older phone & deleted the "Fitbit app" from a phone that no longer complies with these limits you will have to make alternative arrangements. For the guidance of readers, it is not a good move to delete & reinstall the app on an older phone without considering this issue.

If you are experiencing a problem setting up again you may find How to Set Up Fitbit Luxe (and CUSTOMIZE it!) - YouTube is a helpful guide to the process.

I hope this helps but if you are still stuck please post here again.

Cheers

Hi there, @bhavyadeep_s. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.

In addition to the tips and recommendations provided by @Gr4ndp4, please try the following:

  • Double check that your Luxe is no longer appearing on your phone's Bluetooth settings (if somehow it appears, please remove it).
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Luxe once again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Luxe.
  • Once your Luxe is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Luxe first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
