I cannot get Luxe to connect to iPhone (of two different generations) or IPad so cannot sync.

I have had a Fitbit luxe which went wrong at nine months post purchase, either not charging, or its battery lasting less than 12 hours ...  very frustrating! So I got it replaced with what appears to be a reconditioned one (on guarantee). The new one charges, but I cannot get it out of “download Fitbit app” screen 😡. I have done all the usual stuff of charging, wearing, switching it on and off. Removing app, reloading app, switching phone and Bluetooth on and off, etc. No function!

So, in desperation, I have restarted using the original device - despite following all the instructions on another post, I cannot get this device to pair with any phone or IPad, even having done all of above resets. This, no sync or data collection.

Angry and very frustrated, and about to abandon Fitbit products for good in favour of another Marque.

Before I bin all the Fitbits ... can anyone restore my sanity and advise.
