We ordered a Fitbit Luxe from Fitbit store with a discount code on 11/6. However, the price went even lower recently due to a sale (11/11~11/20) and we asked for a price adjustment through the live chat. The customer support told us that he can do price adjustment, but he does not have that option for the order placed with a discount code in system. This does not make any sense. Yes, I used a discount code earlier. However, I still pay more than its current price. Fitbit should fix your system instead of asking your customer to pay more than they should do. All other retail stores can do price adjustment easily. I will suggest not placing an order through Fitbit store. (case #43163258)

Hi @ycyeh from my retail experience, you can use one coupon or sale price, but not both. Price matching is nice, but they can't do both. This time of year there are so many sales, that it's hard to keep up.

I understood. I didn't ask to do both, but forgetting about what coupon I used and adjust to the "current" sale price. I can probably do a return and order it again with the lower price, but that is a waste of shipment cost (on Fitbit?).
