I don’t always get a sleep score-Luxe

Why don’t I always get a sleep score even though it shows my sleep pattern?

How do I fix this?

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community, @MaryKay-119.

Thanks for the information provided.

Please be aware that you must see sleep stages (light sleep, deep sleep, and REM) to see your sleep score. If you only see a sleep pattern (time spent awake, restless, and asleep) you won't be able to see your sleep score.

In this case, I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.

Do you always see sleep stages, which is a requirement to getting a sleep score.

I get the graphs, stages but never a sleep score— my sister just got a Luxe also and her sleep stages page looks totally different from mine— and she gets a sleep score.  I am on the latest update as far as I know

@bnells does your sleep page, records look like the blue or red ones I point out?

When tapping on a day, does the sleep look like this

Ex A

Or this

Ex B

Mine is shown like this. Sometimes it can record sleep scores, sometimes it doesn’t work. I’ve reflected here before, but I’ve never got an effective solution.

Shown like what? Ex A or Ex B

Ex A is simple sleep

Ex B is with stages.

Then the first thing to do is to look beneath the graph. Hopefully fitbit has your answer.
