I'm not happy with my Fitbit Luxe

Having previously had a Charge 2 which was excellent but for the fact it wore out I thought the Fit Luxe would be a perfect replacement and it looks sleeker.
I hate it. The battery life is SO poor and the lack of Altimeter is annoying. I should have opted for the Charge 4 which is same price. €140 🤨😖 Don’t buy it! It’s just awful. 👎

Hi, I am in exactly the same position! I’ve had my Luxe for 4 days and every day the device has just died even though it has battery when I plug it in. This morning it was totally dead and would t even charge. Online chat helped me restart it but given the dissatisfaction I’ve had in the short time I’ve owned it, I’m choosing to return the device. So disappointed

I can't understand why Luxe was even released. So many flaws! It says battery should last up to 5 days. I can't believe it died even when it was plugged!

Thank you for your reply. It’s nothing to do with an update re the battery. The device was updated. It has the worst battery life despite saying it lasts 5 days.
The battery life was one of the reasons I chose Luxe. It’s utterly disappointing considering I waited for this product to come into stock. It is definitely not worth €149. I would consider this to be far inferior to the Charge 2 which I know doesn’t have AMOLED but I can live with that.

It’s not good when a newly launched product is such a let down. I hope you get sorted.
I won’t be keeping mine that’s for sure.
I will look at other devices, all brands.

I agree entirely.

Luckily Fitbit data can get exported so you won't lose your history if you choose to switch brands. Some other brands lets you import the data.

I'll stay with my Versa 2, for the price I'd say it works pretty good for a tracker. It claims to be also an mp3 player but connectivity is not good enough and I haven't been able to transfer any songs yet 😸

I may look at Fitbit Sense but I really didn’t expect to change so soon.
