Hi

 

I purchased a fitbit luxe which was not deliver on time, therefore I told the courier to return to origin, but fitbit nerver refund it. I have evidence from the courier that the package was returned

 

I tried the fitbit chat, but the agent was rather rude.

 

What is the best way to get my money back??
