I've had my Luxe for 2 weeks and it's struggling to count steps.

It's only been two weeks since I've gotten my tracker and as of yesterday I'm seeing it struggle to track my steps, it's most basic function. I'll do a whole lap around my house and the number hasn't changed. Do I need to do a reset or just return it?

Hi, @Kayroo, welcome to the community, your "Luxe" screen display should show each step you take, bear in mind the device detects steps by analysing your arm movement so if you are carrying or pushing something you may interrupt the process.
