I have a Luxe, my husband has a Sense. When we walk or bike, his fitbit keeps a more accurate step or mile count than mine. For example, bike ride today, his clocked 10.43 miles; mine said 4.39 miles!! WTH! I know we could have different stride length while walking, but on the bike? Any advice or insight?

I just logged in to post the same issue! I’ve done two hikes with my Fitbit luxe so far — the first was 9.5km, and the second was 13km. , The luxe said the first was 17.5km and the second was 25.3km!! So almost double the actual length of each hike!!
Also looking for advice. Zombeck, which mode(s) were you using for your walks and bikes? I’ve been using walk mode on my hikes so far but thinking of switching to hike mode.
