I am only getting 6 dots when I tap it to see what time it is … the third dot is green

If you are using a third-party clockface, try switching to one "by Fitbit".

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

There are no third parties clock faces on Luxe, only by Fitbit (there is no SDK available).

Maybe not a Luxe but a smartwatch?
