Every so often, seemingly at random, I receive a "mystery notification" on my Fitbit. It consists of a circle with three turquoise chevrons in it, and a number. The three chevrons lead me to believe that it has something to do with Active Zone minutes, but I can't figure out what it's telling me.
Today, the number was 900. So is it telling me I have 900 Active Zone minutes in a specified period of time? What is that period of time?
Thanks!

Default weekly goal is 150 Zone Minutes (from CDC and American Heart Association recommendations); that's where daily goal of 22 Zone minutes comes from; guessing it is telling you hit a multiple of that.
From phone app Today screen:
Profile pic (top left) > Notifications > Exercise Goal Milestones - "You make progress toward, hit or exceed your weekly exercise goal." Can toggle on or off. I think it also tells you when you get certain % toward your weekly goal.
