After my Luxe updated the other day the oxygen level report no longer works correctly for your sleep cycle. It not only affected the current reports but all previous reports as well.

I wish I had never updated it. The EOV is not correct on my Android phone. (Thankfully I can log in on an iPad and see the correct graph) It has changed all of my previous graphs as well. This issue has been reported. I had a new issue today, my charge was at 76% this morning and in a few hours it was at 17%, it normally last several days on that charge. I was told there is no way to undo this update.

Too bad I installed the update. My Luxe is only showing time. I can't scroll left or right for other functions. Even the Luxe can't be found any more with Bluetooth. Please fix or reverse update.
Few days later, more issues: no alarm any more, no more timer... reboots frequently
I can hardly see the time, please please fix!

Mine is stuck on charging screen.....does not sync

After update, all my notifications (phone calls, apps) lag about 4 minutes behind my phone (android). Example: will ring with phone call after I have already hung up, if I don't dismiss it then tells me I have a missed call.

I updated my FitBit Luxe firmware this morning when I woke up and it no longer tracks my steps. It looks like it is still connecting to the app, because it allows me to sync. However, it is draining my FitBit battery quickly and not capturing steps, HR, activity, etc. The FitBit itself is not tracking steps either. It just went for a walk and the FitBit screen still says I have only taken 197 steps today. How do I fix this? Can I undo the firmware update?

I use the clock face 'Playful' which always displays the time and heart rate.
Immediately following the update installation- my heart rate no longer shows on the always on display- just dashes where the heart rate has always been. I've taken many steps to troubleshoot, but it seems to be a permanent result of the update.
I have heart issues, and it has greatly benefited me to be able to see my heart rate at all times. It has been a huge quality of life improvement to be able to glance down and see what is going on in real time with a decent degree of accuracy- so that I may adjust my physical activity.
Please help. I simply need this functionality restored.
The following troubleshooting steps have been taken:
-Connected to charger and restarted
-Restarted phone and re-synced app
-Turned off always on display/back on
-Turned off heart rate/back on
-Installed new clock face/re-installed playful

Same problem here. I've followed all suggested resets and nothing.

My Luxe has constantly had problems over the past year, restarting regularly throughout the day and freezing before I could start recording a workout.
However, this update seems to be the end of using it alright. It shows the icon but the clock nor other setting come back on, even though it's fully charged.

My Luxe has only shown a bright white screen when tapping to awaken since the update; no watch, data, nothing. Also battery went from 100-22% in part of the first day after update. Tried restarting several times with charger button, reinstalling FB app, removing Luxe from account and reconnecting(it did show me the screen with code) but nothing has fixed it.

Just updated, working fine so far…
Dont see any new clock faces though as mentioned in the update notes - seems a massively missed opportunity given all the previous comments on this forum about having a simple, data only screen with no clocks for those of us who wear a watch.
Pity

Since the firmware update, my Luxe now needs to be charged multiple times per day. It will not even stay charged long enough to record my sleep cycles and is completely dead in the morning. Before the firmware update, I only had to charge it every 4 to 5 days. Very frustrating!!!
Can we regress back to the previous firmware?

The only thing that resulted in as making my battery drain even faster and causing a sync problem.
I remain very disappointed with this device.

Mine has also been doing this. I understand why you want to throw in the towel. But if you wipe the device disconnect it from your phone and then reconnected it should work. However I’ve had to do that twice in the last 24 hours. So I don’t think it sticks. It’s just fix it for a little bit. Very disappointing.

Hi I installed the update and very pleased to now have the find my phone option.
I’m not seeing any new clock faces yet though.
Do you know if this is going to be done in the future?
update - I now have the new clock faces!
Thank you

I don't see the point of the Find My Phone feature. You have to be within Bluetooth range so, what, within 20 feet? And the app has to be running on the phone.
If I'm within 20 feet of my phone, I can see it! And I don't leave the Fitbit app running because it drains my phone battery.
I actually uninstalled the Find My Phone feature from the FitBit. If I need to find my phone or iPad, I would use the Find My Phone app on one of those, which shows locations miles away.

My luxe touchscreen is not working since update. The watch seems to have a mind of its own since the update.

Got message and updated today. My Luxe stopped working around 1 or 2 hours later. Screen is black and it will not 'wake'. Have tried resetting 3 times with no luck. It last synced about 12:43 today. How can this be fixed?
