Good evening, does anybody know how i can solve this problem.

When somebody calls me, the luxe vibrates but my Iphone 11 doesn't ring anymore. The display of the  Iphone however gives the message who is calling.

How can I get the sound of my Iphone back when paired with the luxe ??

Thank you for the information provided.

 

Your Fitbit Luxe shouldn't stop your iPhone 11 from ringing. In this case, I would recommend getting in touch with Apple Customer Support.

Try restarting your iphone, it happens to my partners phone as well but a restart always fixes it.

I’m having the same trouble. I’ve restarted my phone numerous times and my phone no longer rings.

I have a 13 PRO Max, but it did it on my 11 also.
