Is Luxe being discontinued?

I would like to purchase a new Luxe because after 2 1/2 years (which seems to get the expected life of these type of watches) is failing.  I've looked at the other Fitbits but would really like a new Luxe.  I wonder if the company is not making the Luxe anymore since its not easy to find many for sale.  Thank you.

Hi @JoyStar Fitbit doesn't tell us when they are making new styles or updated ones. There seems to be just one for sale in the Fitbit online store, so I'm not sure there would be plans for a new one. Have you tried locally (Best Buy, Target, Walmart) or Amazon? When you buy from Amazon, in order for it to have a warranty, it needs to be shipped and sold by Amazon or an authorized retailer. Too many people have bought from third party retailers and found out there is no warranty.

I got the Inspire 3 after my Luxe began to have a battery issue. Have you checked those out?

THANK YOU for your reply to my question. I called Fitbit to ask and they
were able to give me a 35% discount on the Inspire 3 so I went with that
one --the guy said the way it operates is very similar to the Luxe and it
will be okay on my small wrist I guess. I hope I like it as much as the
Luxe

@JoyStar  it really is so much like the Luxe that probably won't notice much difference. When you get it, set up as a new device on an existing account and your history will be there to continue the journey. Keep on stepping!

Ahhh, good to know. Thank you. I wondered if all my Luxe settings would
remain on the Inspire 3. Thanks so much for that and confirming how alike
the settings are to the Luxe Have a great day . 🙂

@JoyStaryou'll need to start over with the settings, but it's not hard. Enjoy the weekend.
