Excited about the new fitbit luxe, I ordered 2 of them as gift for my wife and my mother.
been in France at that time, I ordered on the fitbit.com website and was explained that the distribution is going to be handled “Digital River Ireland ltd”.
Ordered on the 23rd of june with expected delivery before july, I received a notification that I was going to be delivered on the 2nd of July. i actually received a notification on july 2nd that my fitbit was delivered but actually, I never received it😭😭😭
Trying to contact the delivery agent (GLS), I was on the waiting line for an hour without anyone picking up the line.... I still don t have clarity regarding where and who had my order... 🤔🤔🤔
I suggest that fitbit review its direct distribution channel as this is a really poor experience for the customers... and erode the brand...
