Know that you will lose the Fitbit Luxe.

I loved the chain option for the wrist on the Fitbit Luxe. I had worn a Fitbit  faithfully for a long time before it stopped charging, and really enjoyed having a physical representation of how much I did during the day. Within a month, the Luxe had fallen off on its own a couple times. I had to actually be careful with a Fitbit which almost ruins the point. Now it is completely lost. I was too busy to stop and google Immediately when the battery would’ve worked for some of the search apps they suggest. Apparently there’s a cheap guard you can buy online that helps prevent this as well, which makes me wonder why they wouldn’t include the cheap card with the watch.  I feel like I paid money for a job that took time out of my life and have nothing but frustration to show for it.

I've had mine for several months, with absolutely no issues.

Have had my Luxe for 24 hours it has fallen off three times. Am I doing something wrong?

What is disconecting that causes the Luxe to fall off.

Is the band disconnecting from the watch, so you give it a gentle tug to see if theatre attached?

Is the clasp getting undone?
